Eliya "E" Tran is one of the movement's most valuable intelligence assets, a former GCC surveillance technician who once worked behind the very systems now hunting NΞD and his allies. In her early thirties, E carries herself with a level of professionalism rarely seen in the underground. Always impeccably dressed, even in the harshest conditions, she stands out among the resistance with a calm confidence and attention to detail that reflects her years inside the GCC. Before defecting, E specialised in surveillance infrastructure, data analysis and citizen monitoring systems, giving her a unique understanding of how the GCC tracks, predicts and controls the population. Although much of her access was revoked after her disappearance, she still possesses salvaged GCC technology and maintains limited access to certain networks, databases and forgotten backdoors that occasionally provide the movement with critical intelligence. Highly intelligent, analytical and exceptionally skilled with computers, data mining and signal interception, E can uncover information that others would never know exists. She is often the first to detect emerging threats, hidden patterns or classified activities buried deep within GCC archives. While she prefers logic over emotion and rarely speaks more than necessary, her loyalty to NΞD has never been in doubt. As one of his closest allies, E serves as the movement's eyes inside the machine, using the GCC's own technology against the system that created it.
